How DEI personnel ran a crime syndicate in North Las Vegas with US tax dollars.

VIDEO: Interview with workers discussing the DEI crimes they witnessed on a US HUD grant in North Las Vegas.
Let me start by explaining this briefly: The City of North Las Vegas (CNLV) has operated a racket that gave full faith and credit to highly unqualified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) personnel that they installed into community-benefiting projects, including the federally funded City of North Las Vegas STEM Center of Excellence, and the US Congressionally appropriated City of North Las Vegas Urban Center for Advanced Agriculture Technologies (CNLV UCAAT). These two CNLV projects forcefully integrated new illegal DEI policies into their already established federal grant work. This undermined the development of the grant projects and successfully defrauded and disenfranchised the underserved residents of the North Las Vegas urban core. In addition, all qualified and good-will project partners were deceived, removed, and in some cases, blacklisted, falsely accused, inflicted with emotional stress and put out of business. These activities violated state and federal laws and constituted an attack on our state and national food security.
Now here is the expanded version: North Las Vegas residents were denied quality services that the US Government granted them based upon a federally funded community needs assessment that residents took part in to help transform their neighborhoods in a positive way. It was directly overseen by the CNLV Community Services and Engagement (CSE) department who later helped to install unexperienced and unskilled DEI workers into high-level grant administration positions within the federal grant awards that were designed to better the community. These DEI personnel then began to systematically demolish these one-of-a-kind grant services, which left many in the community devastated and heart-broken. This fraud degraded public trust in the City’s governance and many in the underserved neighborhoods voiced there displeasure at the ballot box during the elections of 2024, where the incumbent over City Ward 2, where all the fraud took place, won by a whopping 8 votes, the lowest margin in the history of the United States of America.
After the public was defrauded of their services and opportunities, A new reality emerged where they were now being governed by uncontrolled DEI overlords who quickly took advantage of their new titles and authorities that were granted to them by the City and went on a crime spree against God and everybody. They were free from any local, state, or federal investigations and they went way past the boundaries of “being wild” and soon became downright deranged. This CNLV-backed free-for-all was outrageous to those living and working in the neighborhoods controlled by these illicit DEI overseers. The nightmarish group moved without fear of any consequences as they could violate laws at will and override rules and regulations as if they were their own justice department, even acting as judge, jury, and executioner in matters they had no authority over.
DEI had now become a powerful and unlawful enterprise with its own territories and ways of handling things. They could even arbitrarily change approved federal grant narratives and objectives, subvert grant management, obstruct grant compliance, discriminate against worthy job applicants, breach grant contracts, change scopes of work, prevent grant site access to contractors who did not go along with their scams, sabotage the infrastructure of grant projects to frame situations as they pleased, and misdirect the spending of any established grant expenses that they chose. This was allowed to happen because City employees in charge of monitoring federal grant performances conveniently decided not to look at all the crime the unqualified DEI personnel were doing with their federal grant money. It was CNLV’s policy to support DEI integration and they did just that, no matter what dangers it represented to the public or what it cost the public in lost opportunities.
The STEM Center of Excellence built by Growing Gears in North Las Vegas that became non-functional to it's original HUD-approved purpose when an unqualified DEI administrator took control after being promoted by CNLV.
Between June 2021 and June 2025, the technology company Growing Gears documented CNLV’s extraordinarily provocative shift from supporting qualified workers to empowering unqualified workers within federal grants. This recked havoc throughout two federally funded grant projects Growing Gears had initiated for the underserved neighborhoods of the North Las Vegas Urban Core. These two projects were the City of North Las Vegas STEM Center of Excellence, and the City of North Las Vegas Urban Center of Advanced Agricultural Technologies (CNLV UCAAT). Within these projects began a pattern of criminal activity that emerged almost immediately upon the signing of Executive Order 14035 by former president Joe Biden on his first day in office. This order effectively protected unqualified DEI personnel from being seriously evaluated or investigated in the performance of their federal grant duties. Since this order was contrary to US Code, it created an environment of illegal activity that literally grew out of control and eventually consumed these grant projects completely. DEI turned these two grant projects into criminal enterprises that housed government frauds, unregulated grant spending, and unapologetic abuses of power. Growing Gears data showed that this pattern was not coincidental, but intentional, operating as part of a larger criminal syndicate. Further investigation revealed that a racket was taking place where services promised to the community were being denied to them, all while funding for the services was increasing. Money came in to these programs and it was redirected to “other things” through multiple frauds and schemes.

The main denominator in these public scams was the prolific presence of DEI policies and DEI personnel. It appeared to be a hostile takeover of federal grant administrative positions by illegitimate DEI imposters that was sanctioned by the government. A textbook-perfect coup was happening against the qualified black workforce to remove them from their leadership positions and then replace them with an ignorant, unqualified, criminally minded black workforce that would have no problems laundering taxpayer money. These imposters quickly took over administrative positions and began discriminating against qualified black applicants by rejecting and hiding their applications, which in most cases, could be found in their own trash bins. When Growing Gears first saw this happening, they refused to go along with it and decided they were not going to “play ball” with the new illegitimate ruling class. They eventually were given the customary criminal-racketeer counter offer of “do what we tell you or else”. Growing Gears chose “or else” and the syndicate went to war with them to completely erase Growing Gears, its affiliates, its job opportunities, its reputation, its officers, its workmanship, its operations, and its corporate interest. Their goal was the total annihilation of Growing Gears as a first-hand eye-witness and whistleblower of their treasonous plot to counterfeit the federal grant workforce with worthless, uneducated, crooked, DEI personalities. But that was just the tip of the iceberg.
These two federal grant projects were significant as they were foundational to developing the indoor agricultural workforce for the future Nevada economy. Such a workforce would be capable of meeting the challenges of limited water, limited energy, and limited land by utilizing the urban environment to grow a sustainable urban agricultural economy. The indoor agriculture technologies being developed at these projects were not meant to be a replacement of the already 99.5% imported produce that’s already shipped to Southern Nevada, but instead, be a support mechanism to offset the effects of the 20+ year drought that has drastically reduced water levels throughout the lakes of the Colorado Basin such as Lake Mead and Lake Powell which irrigate the farms in the states that deliver the bulk of Southern Nevada's produce. The Nevada’s Governors Office of Economic Development wrote a report on how indoor agriculture could also serve as an exporting opportunity for the state as well, and that such an industry presents a viable business model for the State of Nevada to offset some of the $2.000.000.000 worth of annual imported food coming from states like California and keep a small portion of it in the Nevada economy. Indoor agriculture can also use 90% less water as traditional agricultural and can serve as a solution to reduce the travel miles it takes for fresh produce to reach the Las Vegas Vally. Another plus to indoor agricultural also includes low-wattage lighting and hydroponic technologies that can easily be powered by Southern Nevada’s plentiful solar energy resources.

However, Growing Gears was, in actuality, the last line of defense utilizing federally appropriated money to safe guard the advancements of indoor agricultural production for this region and beyond. Unfortunately The attack on Growing Gears personnel and state and federal agricultural objectives set back nutritious food production in Southern Nevada by many years. Now, Nevada is left without the nutritional support mechanism it’s supposed to have in order to achieve the goals of the US department of Agriculture, the US department of Health and Human Services, and the Make America Healthy Again Agenda.
The CNLV racket has caused a plethora of consequences that have negatively impacted and delayed the development of the modernized and sustainable infrastructure needed to strengthen the nutritionally strained food system that was designed back when farms only could exist outside of cities in rural America. Our state and national food security is now less secure because of criminal DEI activity. The effects of this ill-willed DEI edict will likely be horrendous as time goes on.
On January 20th, 2025, President Donald Trump signed Executive Order “14151—Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing” to put an end to illegal DEI criminal activity that was enabled by the Biden administration. But unfortunately, immediately after the President signed this order. Growing Gears and all of its food system affiliates were attacked with a mind-blowingly illegal bombardment of economical, psychological, physical, and emotional attacks from CNLV and its DEI grant administrative sub-recipients. The corrupted thugs from within these grants fought us as if it was their last chance to be able to steal money from the federal government and we were in the way. The onslaught was relentless, and disturbingly efficient, done with tactical planning, execution, and precision. What ever they wanted to stay hidden, it required that all qualified grant partners needed to be exterminated, not like adversaries, but like pests. No rules of warfare were kept, not even the Geneva Convention.
Nonetheless, These thugs were in a hurry to terminate the entire Growing Gears project team, and as a result of their rushed criminal operations, they failed to completely get rid of a few team members, including myself. Therefore, according to “41 US Code, 4712 - Enhancement of contractor protection from reprisal for disclosure of certain information”, protection protocols against the Growing Gears team and its affiliated witnesses are now in effect.
In overview, CNLV conspired with the STEM Center management and their UCAAT sub-awardee, Zion United Methodist Church in a plot to remove them from their critical food security roles and positions on two separate occasions within a four year period. And since their apparent criminal activity follows the same pattern of DEI policy interference with our state and national security work (including as it relates to National Security Memorandum 16 and 22), their racket is subject to a racketeering investigation under Nevada law. CNLV has committed these activities in defiance of Growing Gears’s mission, which involved developing interstate commerce, namely advanced agricultural production for Nevada. You’d think the Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford’s Office should investigate and prosecute the proprietors of this racket as that is one of their official statutory duties, but they have already stated that they believe this matter is beyond their primary jurisdiction, which is an erroneous response. But it was an error for Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford to believe there is such a thing as “legal DEI”. That is equivalent to supporting “legal racketeering”, which is still illegal, no matter what you call it. Nonetheless, I have written the next section as a summary of what all took place in the state of Nevada, within its lawful jurisdiction, in a language that even the most novice lawman can understand.
CNLV ran a racket in multiple instances at multiple times. Even though they are government workers, under Nevada law, they are subject to racketeering investigation. This racket happened within a five year period and it involved interstate commerce, specifically as identified by the Nevada Governors Office of Economic Development and throughout local and state laws, plans, blueprints, and guidances. But since Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford signed onto a DEI commitment letter to support DEI policies right after President Trump signed Executive Order 14151 to stop all DEI policies. I rationally expected the Attorney General’s Office to try its hardest to avoid exposing, investigating, or prosecuting this North Las Vegas DEI racketeering operation. Nonetheless. Here are the specific Nevadan laws that can be used as a statutory reference should a justice department have an unbiased concern to examine the derailment of the advanced development of Nevada’s multi-state agricultural economy. If I speak politically, California Governor Gavin Newsom would not think very highly of the Nevada Attorney General that he endorsed if his endorsement doesn't support California’s own DEI policies, agricultural economic interest, or California’s agricultural dominance in Nevada.
Here is the legal resource guide for Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford's Office: NRS 207.360 “Crimes related to racketeering” defined, NRS 207.390 “Racketeering activity” defined, NRS 207.400 Unlawful acts; penalties, NRS 207.415 Account for Prosecution of Racketeering created; use and distribution of money by Attorney General; reimbursement of Account. NRS 205.377 Multiple transactions involving fraud or deceit in course of enterprise or occupation; penalty; investigation and prosecution by Attorney General .
This can help any justice department understand Nevada legal jurisdiction in this matter. I did not expand on the US government’s jurisdiction because it is clearly obvious. Federal crimes are spread across four (4) federal grants, one (1) US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency grant, one (1) US Department of Housing and Urban Development CDBG grant, one (1) USDA, Forest Service grant, and one (1) US HUD CPF grant, directed by the US Congress. All federal grants were enacted between 2021-2024. Three of the grants were happening simultaneously and were critically damaged by DEI personnel in defiance of the signage of Presidential Executive Order 14151 meant to stop Illegal DEI. As a gesture of good faith, we untangled, categorized, and largely deposited all the data into the CNLV archives for examination. If one is looking for answer, you will find them in the CNLV grant departments documentation depository.
